As a personal trainer, triathlon and running coach I am open to work with various skill levels and age groups (beginner to pro).
I have a specific attention to detail in order to improve and optimize your technique in all 3 sports (swim, bike, run). My main goal for athletes is to develop skills, endurance, and resilience, which translates to improved performance each time during the training and on the race course.
My approach is not to push hard to see quick results but rather to build a solid, long-term relationship and enjoyment of the sport and give you the confidence to try to succeed.
