    A personalized training plan based on the athlete's individual needs and available schedule.

  • Updated every month on a Trainingpeaks free account.
  • One 30-minute consultation per month and unlimited text and email communication.
  • Changes based on your needs (At least a week ahead)


    Coaching is a two way street and in return you need to be able to provide your commitment.

Technique analysis

    A biomechanical swimming/running analysis involves an in depth analysis of an individual's technique. The aim of a biomechanical  analysis is to:

Open Water swim

​A private 1 hour session

Are you afraid of open water swimming? ​I get in the water with you and help you overcome your fears. we will go over all your fears and help you to become confident in the open water 

  • Tips for swimming in a wetsuit.
  • How to swim through the  waves, chop, buoys and other variables in open water 
  • Tips and strategies for managing group swimming; drafting, contact, start line positioning.​
  • Race day strategies and course navigation.

Kids Clinics

Learn and have fun with us

  •  bike/run - running and biking drills, transitioning between the two, rules and safety tips and a practice bike/run on a bike track and closed mile loop. 
  • swim - feel better in the water, to get across the pool without big problems, and get some help with swim technique.
  • transition - We teach the kids (and parents) what to bring, how to set up, and how to proceed through the event. The focus is on how to transition during our race.
